Right now I'm following Training w/ Tammy on Youtube for about 1-2 hours a day. Every day I do different work outs that she has. I'm 5'3 feet tall and weigh 108 pounds. My waist is 22 inches around so I'm skinny not fat. I already did my research oyoutube tammyf what to eat and what not to eat. All I need is an esitmate time on how long it should take me to achieve flat abs.
Tough to say. Abs will be the last place to lose weight, but as long as you are working out and eating correctly, then yoyoutube tammyu will progress. (I don't know what your definition of flat abs is.) To increase the speed of losing weight around the abs, then you need to pick up the intensity for the first 10 minutes of your workout.
