I will ge graduating with a bachelors in finance in May. I'm kind of nervous at job interviews and I hate behavioral job interview because they put you on the spot and you dont know what to expect. What are some behavioral questions employers will ask? What's the best way to prepare for one and what do you do when they ask a challenging question in which you cannot apply yourself to it or just plain out stuck and dont know what to say?
As an employer I want to know that the candidate is...
1) qualified for the position or trainable
2) capable of working with others with minimal conflict (I understand that not everyone gets along)
3) on time, on task, on target with their assignments
4) ethical, moral, and legal
I don't look for perfection... I'm the boss... and I'M NOT.
Be honest. Take your time and give thought to your answers... even chuckle if you find the questions humorous or unusual to release tension... we often know the questions are strange, like "what are your LEAST FAVORABLE QUALITIES?" To me it's a dumb question... but I will ask it to catch the candidate reaction.
Don't be ashamed to ask if you do not fully understand what is being asked.
To prepare I suggest a "mock interview" with someone you trust in thebehavioral interview questionsir opinion or someone who is in the line of work you are seeking. Then there is just tape recording yourself and being your own critic. It used to work for me.

I work in health care but the question I always get asked that I can never think of the answer to is, what are your flaws, things that you need to work on. I always say give me a minute to think on that, then I say the only thing I may have to work on is doing to much work and stepping over other people feet, I have to busy all the time or I get bored and start doing other peoples jobs.
Don`t be nervous.
Go to interviews very natural.
DO NOT go to interviews that don;t match your profile!!
remember to be natural.
nomather what they ask you, you answer, and put more questions (about company, employees, clients, etc) -> that will make you eager and enthuziast about the company (they love this).
and always remember to be natural.
if you are not and let`s say you get a job, you have that trial period and in that one the employer will find out how your natural state is and might not be pleased.
chill and relax .. just talk .. it`s like a relatibehavioral interview questionsonship .. if you like eachother it`ll be ok
I guess my situation is the same as urs. i will be graudating this may and i have several interviews coming up next week and the week after next.

1) Search for some common behavior questions online
2) Practice
3) Do some mock interviews with friends or career counselor
4) Relax
5) It is not the end of the world if u didnt do well. There will always be another interview.
those questions are bullshit. just designed to make you talk. like a police interrogation. the more you talk they'll find something to trip you up
just don't feel pressured to talk. ask the interviewer to explain the question or just tell them you want to move on. if they're bull shitting you chancers are you're not getting the job anyway and they're just killing time so not to hurt your feelings.
Well, by being teachable, coachable and trainable, with a great attitude, a sphere of influence you can build a team starting with 2 people and manage an organization. Earn as you learn! Being your own boss is one of the best things you can do, set your own hours, work form home, no geographical boundaries!

real pictures ghosts haunted placesAnybody been to any real haunted places? ?

I just went to the Lemp Mansion in St. Louis, MO the other day. It's one of the top 10 most haunted places in America but I still wasn't really expecting anything just because I've yet to really experience anything. But I must say that I did encounter something odd. It doesn't sound very scary but I was getting ready to walk into a hallway of the home when a really loud squeak from the floor came from the area I was heading(not where I was walking at the moment) and I about had a heart attack and booked it down the stairs. I can come up with no reasonable explanation for what could have caused the sound. Plus, I took tons of pictures and there were about a billion orbs in them. I know they pop up in pictures often but it was an unreasonable amount to just be a coincidence, right?

yes i have been to a lunatic asylum. it was very scary. it was like at midnight and we went into an old theatre and we were all standing around and i felt someone grab my arm i thought it was one of my friends being an idiot but my stomach when all weird and omg i was so scared i wanted to get out and some of the people in the group kept feeling like there was a material or some sort being pulled over their faces but their was nothing there and we unfortunatley didnt take a camera but my friend did and there were heaps of orb and it was real freaky
to answer ur question the squeak could have just been the board that u stepped on had travelled down the hallway and moved the board down there but i would have done the same as u and booked it but old houses do creak....alot. lol
well my house actually has ghosts in them. me and ryan snuck in a ouija board (bad and dumb idea!) and we used it in my roreal pictures ghosts haunted placesom and like we were the only ones home at the time, so we encounter one ghost. He said he was liek a conel i think during some war i forgot, and like he also said there were many other ghosts here. We were freaked out and said bye and we burned that dang board! I do believe in em cause i did have alot of encounters. Once there was no breeze in my room, no a/c on and no fan. and my windows were shut tight. All of a sudden my hair starts ruffling. Then there was another time that some one pushed me down my stairsteps to the first floor of my house. I didnt fall by myself because i was having my eyes focused on my feet then when i got to the first step something pushed me hard and fast down the stairs thank god i didnt break any bones only a bunch of bruises and some blood from a knocked out baby tooth. After that we had an exorcism to get rid of em. But i know some of the ghosts are still here somehow.

claire's magnetic earringsHow Do You Wear Magenetic Earrings?
this may be a stupid question.. but i just bought some magnetic earrings from claire's and i have no idea how to put them on my ears. the package came with two earrings and three small magnets. so my question is... how in the world do you wear these things?
it is not hard to wear magnetic earrings all you have to do is take the magnet off of the back of the earring and put it on the back of your ear and put the other part of the earring in the front and they should attract to each other. Magnetic earrings might hurt your ears or leave them red.
they just gave you an extra magnet, either as a mistake, or as an extra if you loose one.
well u don't need to be a rocket scientist put the front part onclaire's magnetic earrings then connect the back and they fall off really ez so plan on loosing them rite away
you put the earing part on one side of your ear and the other little magnetic part on the other side.. thats what keeps them on.
You put the pretty-ish side oin the front facing forward. Then you put the magnet in the back behinf your ear right behind the other piece.
put on side on the front and put the other side on the back and u can feel it stick
try not to keep it on that long itll be sore
