My dad who has passed away was discharged from the military with other than honorable conditions. The reason and authority was AR 635-206 SPN280 and the Certificatspne issued was DD Form 258A... How can I get this overturned? Before he passed he told me the reason for this discharge was because he refused a command to killspn an innocent civilian.
Bring it to military court, get a lawyer, and find as much evidence as you can that he refused to kill an innocent victim.
