I don't know if anyone can answer that. You might be able to find statistics, but what pdepression suicide rateseople classify as "depression" and "suicide" can be very easily skewed.
In Europe, it's Finland and Scotland i think (also the two most murdery countries). I think all Scandinavia has a high depression/suicide rate.
Last I heard, it was Japan. They're actually thinking of putting all sorts of mind altering depression suicide ratesdrugs such as lithium in their water supply in order to cap the sudden rise in suicides.
